Fox Run RV Living is located in the north central area of Texas and 10 minutes from Lake Whitney and Lake Aquilla. Abundant year-round outdoor enjoyment awaits you. Located just 30 minutes from Waco, Texas shopping, dining, and many nationally recognized attractions, there are many discoveries close by just waiting to be explored.
Fox Run Rv Living is an RV Park that encourages extended stays. We focus on serving the 55+ age group that are considering a small RV community for a peaceful living experience.
However we would still be overjoyed to host you on a shorter term visit if you prefer daily or weekly rates.
Our rates are as follows:
Daily: $39 / Day
Weekly: $225 / Week
Monthly: $495 / Month plus Electric
Our park has just 15 spaces so our retirement community of 55+ plus is small. Get to know your neighbors as well as your park hosts Jerry and Melissa Mason.
Covered RV concrete parking slots spaced far enough apart to give you the comfort of your own area while being close enough to enjoy close friendships often valued in RV park retirement communities where senior living is memorable living.
Whether your stay is short-term or extended, we have rates to accommodate you.

RV Pad is 16' x 40'
Car Pad is 12' x 24'
- 4' x 9' Personal Storage Structure
- Full Utilities 50 Amp Service
